Start by getting a referral letter from your GP addressed to our clinic. Once you have it, send the referral letter to our email address. We’ll then match you with one of our psychiatrists and reach out to you to set up a suitable appointment time.

Fill Out New Patient Form
Before the appointment, we’ll send you a new patient form to fill in, helping our psychiatrist better understand your history.

See your Psychiatrist
Two days before your scheduled appointment, we’ll send you a link to your virtual consultation room, and on the day of the appointment, expect a friendly reminder SMS. We’re here to make the process easy and convenient for you!
