Our Referral Process
Our reliable team of psychiatrists is available to provide support for both you and your patients.

Referral
Upon receiving your referral, we aim to process it within 2-3 business days. Should there be any questions or concerns, we will promptly get in touch with you.

Booking
We reach out to your patient to discuss fees, determine the suitable clinician, and schedule appointments. They have the option to consult with our clinicians either from the comfort of their own home or, if preferred, at the GP practice.
03
Feedback
We furnish you with written feedback and treatment recommendations within seven days following the appointment.
Please advise your patients to call us if they have not heard from us within 5 business days of sending the referral.
